About Ouray County Soccer Club
Our Mission
As the heart of soccer in Ouray County, Ouray County Soccer Club (OCSC) is dedicated to developing confident, competitive athletes with and emphasis on respect and personal growth.
Our Approach
We teach and promote the game through quality coaching and abundant playing opportunities. OCSC is committed to teaching beautiful, tactical soccer; while making sportsmanship and respect for teammates, opposing players and referees a primary focus. It is our stated goal to balance the needs of both recreational and competitive players.
The club offers two opportunities throughout the year to play the beautiful game - Fall(August) and Spring(March); both provide outdoor playing opportunities.
Learn to Play: PreK (4 yrs old)
Precompetitive: 5/K, 1st-2nd, 3rd-4th, and 5th-6th < Girls and Boys
Competitive: 7th-8th Boys(Rec), U15 Girls(6th-8th), and U19 Girls and Boys
All registration proceeds go toward the growth of the Club; including training and background checks for our Volunteer Coaching staff, league and referee fees, field maintenance, player insurance and CSA fees, equipment procurement, and admin and processing fees.

As the governing body for the sport of soccer in Colorado, it is the goal of the Colorado Soccer Association (CSA) to provide educational, management, and service support to our member clubs. CSA is the leader and caretaker of the game for the Colorado soccer community, and it is their hope that we continue to inspire passion and honor the game for future generations.
By being a sanctioned club and affiliated with Colorado Soccer Association, our club is automatically affiliated with US Youth Soccer, US Adult Soccer, Association, US Soccer, and FIFA and has access to the resources provided by CSA and the Colorado Soccer Referee Program.
A SMALL PORTION OF WHAT THE CSA PROVIDES:
- Provide leagues and management of leagues for play across Colorado
- Provide scheduling and matchups of games
- Manage scheduling to avoid coaching conflicts, home games per day, game changes, and other issues
- Provide management of club’s coach, player, and referee suspensions at the state and national level
- Provide ongoing club and coach communication regarding league structure, deadlines, fees, league changes, and updates
- Manage the match issues such as red and yellow cards and suspensions
- Oversee the communication between referees, clubs, coaches, and parents regarding match issues such as red and yellow cards, suspensions, referee feedback and coach feedback
- Provide player registrations, rosters, player passes and general management of players, teams and contacts through GotSoccer
- Provide clubs with player forms and waivers
